Consultation

Our joint work with our customers always begins with a consultation. We review the processes to be automated or checked, and we designate the necessary measurement and intervention points. During the consultation, we determine the goal of the development, and we explain to our customers the technologies we plan to use.

Development

Our development work is complex, because we design not just devices, but complete systems, from the determination of measurement and intervention points, through the selection of the necessary hardware devices and communication method(s) to software development.

The development and production of prototypes is carried out in our well-equipped laboratory with modern equipment, which is why even early prototypes are made in factory quality.

Part of our development work is also the design of unique device housings, control and display surfaces that are completely suitable for the work environment.

Manufacturing, Installation

We carry out small series production of our self developed tools' electronics, using our own professional machinery. However, on demand we can also mass produce them with our contracted partners.

We also provide a complex service during the installation and commissioning of our systems, part of which is full integration into the company management system. In case if it isn’t us who does the installation, we are still available for engineering support.

Operation

You may use a wide spectrum of our services during operation, the aim of which is to ensure that the system works perfectly in the long term.

Part of our support work:
- creation of a maintenance plan
- engineering support
- system administrator services
- partial system operation - engineering remote monitoring, physical intervention is carried out by the factory's maintenance staff/br>- complex system operation
- permanent rental service

Solutions

Automation has become essential for the efficient operation of modern production companies, sensor data collection and optimization after analysis of the incoming data mass. All of this is based on effective information flow and communication.

Industry 4.0 - which in general refers to the 4th industrial revolution - is an era in which information technology is being used to drive industrial changes forward. In such an intelligent era, technology can improve production efficiency in multiple dimensions. In today's manufacturing environment, ''automation'' takes on a different, more advanced meaning than the traditional one. Automated processes and robotic assistance have long been part of production, which mean unprecedented speed and efficiency for repetitive, treatment-oriented tasks. The prevalence of these and other industrial technological developments is constantly increasing in today's manufacturing environment and they play a key role in maintaining competitiveness.
The term ''Internet of Things'' (IoT) dates back to the late 1990s. Although it was an abstract concept at the time, forward-thinkers foresaw that as technology advanced, the everyday tools and products we use would eventually ''talk'' to each other and network servers to improve their performance. The term ''Industrial Internet of Things'' (IIoT) distinguishes manufacturing devices from consumer devices, yet the underlying concept is the same. IIoT devices connect wirelessly to internal networks and, in some cases, to the global Internet. These tools represent a new phase of automation—collecting unprecedented amounts of data about every aspect of a process and sharing it with a central server. This data enables unprecedented analysis and action, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
In simple terms, IIoT is a component of Industry 4.0 and is not interchangeable as a term. Without the connectivity and data provided by IIoT, Industry 4.0 would not exist, let alone be efficient. IIoT enables further analysis and action, making it a key driver of Industry 4.0. Both IIoT and Industry 4.0 aim to simplify manufacturing processes and maintain manufacturing viability and profitability.

INDUSTRIAL PAGING SYSTEM

The efficient flow of information and communication between machine and machine can be easily solved with various automation processes, however, the same is not ensured between people, and for this reason, smaller and larger production losses are constantly experienced. In production, the flow of information and communication between people is currently not documented due to the lack of appropriate tools, so for example in the following cases neither the responsibility nor the reason why the stoppage lasted for a certain time can be established:

- Availability losses - failure, adjustment, maintenance

Equipment that does not work despite the production schedule causes great damage to production. This can be caused by machine failure, tool failure or e.g. emergency, maintenance shutdown. Also downtime due to changeover, machine and tool adjustments or planned maintenance, as well as setup time and quality control can also mean losses.

- Performance losses - idling, material jamming

Material jams, product flow obstacles, bad settings, or even the lack of cleaning can cause serious damage. Even though these problems usually don't require serious personnel, the right worker can solve them in a matter of minutes. Because such minor disruptions do not individually cause significant downtime, they risk becoming a normalized part of the manufacturing process, reducing overall efficiency and productivity.

- Quality losses - process errors

The production of defective parts also causes loss. These can come from e.g. production errors being left unsolved, bad equipment settings, operator errors, and improper handling of machines.
IIoT-connected devices can help improve internal communication, information flow and processing, which can improve operational compliance and productivity. By integrating into a single platform, real-time monitoring becomes possible, operational rules become measurable and can be improved, thereby minimizing downtime and improving the efficiency of transitions and settings. Technology can help the management to get a real- time overview of various outages and losses. Analyzing the data recorded in the plant can help identify the root causes, and based on these, decisions can be made about the necessary corrective measures.

INDUSTRIAL DATA COLLECTION, CONTROL - IIoT

Automated processes are based on data collection. With various sensors, we can collect a mass of data for immediate decision-making on the spot, or for analysis later on.

Our company has a wide range of self-developed solutions available to our customers to provide perfect, innovative solutions for their IoT investments.
Our partners typically carry out their automation developments in brown field investments, so in many cases it is not the measurement itself, but the measurement environment that represents the challenge. We base our creative, reliable solutions on our outstanding experience as installers and operators. If necessary, our work also includes the planning and implementation of the communication network.
